Lodge Hotel
Lakeside | Single King Bedrooms & Double Queen Bedrooms | 16 Rooms
This hotel offers spacious rooms while providing an immersive wildlife experience that overlooks our private lake. Guests can book rooms consisting of either 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds. The Lodge Hotel has a second story balcony that is available for use of all Lodge guests and a covered patio. Bonfire pits are within walking distance with access to a small pavilion with picnic benches. The Lodge building is not pet-friendly.
King Bedrooms
Skyline Lake View | Desk | 1st & 2nd Floor
This spacious room features a comfortable king-sized bed near a window offering a breathtaking view of our serene lake. The room is decorated with modern furnishings and calming colors. Right outside on the front of the hotel is seating where you can relax and unwind and take in the beauty of the nature.
Double Queen Bedrooms
1 st & 2nd Floor | Inside Rooms | Community Balcony Access & Covered Patio
This room is perfect to accommodate two to four people to enjoy their stay at our Lodge Hotel. It is a cozy room thoughtfully designed with modern decor and furnishings where you are able to enjoy the natural beauty of the nature around you.
This building has a second story balcony that is available for use of all Lodge guests and a covered patio.
King Bedroom (Handicap Accessible)
Lodge Hotel | 1st Floor | Easy Entry
This room is located on the first floor of our Lodge building. It is outfitted to be compliant with handicap needs which includes the room and the accompanying bathroom. Easily access your room from the ramp in our parking lot and the entrance way. Bonfire pits are within walking distance with access to a small pavilion with picnic benches, as these border the lake as well.
Evergreen Hotel
Portico with a Deck | King or King w/Bunk Bed | 16 Room Rentals
This hotel offers family-friendly accommodations such as adjoining rooms and bunk beds. The unit overlooks a beautiful scenic tree line and incorporates a large second story deck with a portico. The hotel also offers two conference rooms capable of hosting parties, business events, and sport viewing events with our large screen TVs. This hotel is not pet-friendly.
King & Bunk Bed Set

These rooms are on the first and second floor in the Evergreen Hotel. They feature a king-size bed with a bunk bed set. The hotel features a breathtaking view of the natural beauty around it, including a tree line in the distance residing over rolling hill tops.

The Hill House
Scenic View of Seneca Lake | 4 Adults & 4 Children | 1 King & 1 Queen & 2 Bunk Beds
A cozy lake house nestled on a hillside surrounded by tall, majestic trees. As you walk onto the back porch, you are greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of Seneca Lake, shimmering in the sunlight. If you are lucky, there may very well be a graceful herd of deer passing through. This home is often booked with wedding at our Event Center as the "Honeymoon Suite." The Hill House is not pet-friendly.
House with 3 Bed/2 Bath

This accommodation features one of the best views in Southeastern Ohio. Our Hill House resides hidden on a hillside above our Event Center, facing Seneca Lake. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a walk-out double door patio view of the lake. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and bathroom accessed through a sliding barn door. On the other side of the home is a second bedroom featuring a queen bed. A third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds. The home is outfitted with a full kitchen and a comfortable living room.
MAPLE CABIN

This cabin borders the Hickory Cabin and features two king bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It is perfect for a couples get-a-way as it is outfitted with a cozy living room, a kitchen, and a modern and sleek bathroom. The Maple Cabin is not pet-friendly.
2 King Bedroom Suite

Our Maple cabin offers a premium experience offering 2 King bedrooms, a living room area, and a full granite-countertop kitchen with cookware. This accommodation also features a large bathroom offering a tiled standing shower and a separate tiled bathroom tub.
HICKORY CABIN
Cabin | Occupancy: 6
A unique accommodation bordering the Maple Cabin, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It is perfect for families as it can accommodate two adults and up to four children. The Hickory Cabin is not pet-friendly.
2 Bedroom Suite w/Bunk Beds

Our Hickory Cabin is a premium accommodation featuring a King bedroom and a second bedroom containing 2 sets of bunk beds. The cabin suite offers a full kitchen including a refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, and a countertop bar with bar stools. The unit also has a living room with a fireplace insert and comfortable lounge furniture.
